I was in charge of BlueStream, one of the main products of the company. Its main features were managing direct mail campaigns, email campaigns and p-URL/g-URL, allowing the use of a CRM.
I practied to a professional level Programming Design Patterns, Information Architecture, User Interface Design, Software Performance Improvement for high volume of data, Solution and Software Architecture, API's Design and Live Servers Administration.
Achievements:
- Improved contact Excel import feature speed by 100/1
- Created API for customers to communicate with our software
- Interviewed the customers and fixed their most frequent problems
- 'Hardly worked' on important customers support cases (yes, it's a joke)
